Keeping track of good habits
So, today I want to promote my most successful purchases from Kikki. K. First, is Gretchen Rubin's book, The Happiness Project, a NY Times best seller but I'll write more about that in the Reading Review section. The second item; the Weekly Good Habits pad.
This is a small pad that uses alternating colour themes. I simply complete one page and up to ten good habits I wish to focus on for the week. I'm still on Stage 1 so I have all the basics like sleep, exercise, water, de-cluttering and heathy food. Then for each day I tick when I have achieved my goal. It's a simple way of bringing attention to my goals and some accountability for their achievement. There's also a column to nominate a reward, if you so desire.
You can see it at the Kikki.K online store here and you can order it online (but there is a postage cost, of course) or buy it in-store for AUD$5.95. If you're interested in reading about the vision for kikki.K you can read about it here.
Have you used successfully used the Weekly Good Habits Pad before?
Any other suggestions for keeping track of good habits?
