We know that adults have significant influence on children. We know that we are role models and that parents are the primary educators of their children. How then can we as parents, grandparents and teachers ensure we positively influence our children's attitude to learning? These children are our world's future leaders! We want them to be articulate, informed and engaged in their learning and the world around them. In turn, we hope they too will inspire and excite not only their peers and their teachers but also our future generations.
What message will you give your children as you send them off to school today? What questions will you ask as you greet them after a busy day of learning? Will your words convey interest, excitement, enthusiasm and enjoyment in your child's learning both at school and in the wonderful world in which we live?
